Positionerr is currently in closed beta. The Service is provided "as is" for testing and feedback purposes. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We make no guarantees of uptime or data durability during this period, though we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

3. Not Financial Advice

Positionerr is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All data, metrics, and analytics are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@positionerr.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious files or content

6. Your Data

You own the trade data and content you enter into Positionerr. We do not claim any rights to it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of significant changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Positionerr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the operator resides. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
